Meet our Nursery Leader

Led by experience. Built around children.

First Futures is being founded by Charlene, an experienced early-years professional with more than 20 years’ experience working with children and families.

Her career has included nursery room leadership, SENCO responsibilities, safeguarding, EYFS planning, staff management and working closely with parents and families.

Level 3 qualified in Children’s Care, Learning and Development, with extensive safeguarding and SEN experience, Charlene brings more than 20 years of hands-on early-years knowledge to First Futures. Her experience will help shape a nursery where children feel safe, supported and excited to learn.

Fees & funding

Eligible working families in England may access up to 30 hours of funded childcare. Our website will keep the process clear and show exactly how First Futures applies funded hours once our final fee structure is confirmed.
